Closing Statements
Inquiry hearings concluded on Friday 27 November 2009. On 
Thursday 26 November and Friday 27 November core participants’ representatives made closing statements to the Chairman.
These statements were intended to give an opportunity for representatives to identify issues and were not intended to be a rehearsal of the evidence.
