Mr Berry did not give oral evidence to the Inquiry. He provided a statement to the Inquiry dated 10 August 2011: TS_0055. Mr Russell also submitted a Master Statement on behalf of Mr Berry, Mr Swann and Mr Leadbetter, dated 29 July 2011: TS_0053. Mr Berry died in November 2011.
